A Wings X license can be activated on two devices at the same time. There is an online license manager where you can log a device out of the license with just a few clicks.

Yes, you can use Wings X and Wings 7 on one device without any problems. Wings X is a completely new development and is independent of Wings 7. Your Wings 7 shows will not be changed by installing Wings X.
